Zein Abdalla is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mastercard Foundation. Zein Abdalla spent considerable time with Pepsi Co and rose through the ranks to become the President of PepsiCo from September 2012 through to his retirement in December 2014. Mr Abdalla also has served on the Board of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation since 2015, where he is currently a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
